Supply Services Of Personnel Including Temporary Staff - Hiring Flexible Workers. The Intended Purpose Of The Tender Is To Acquire Good Quality And Efficient Provision For Hiring Flexible Workers Belonging To The Scope (Transmission And Incidental Secondment) By Concluding A Framework Agreement With Up To Three (3) Service Providers In A Lawful Manner. The Continuity Of The Business Operations Of The Contracting Authority Must Be Guaranteed. This In Accordance With The Stated Requirements And Wishes. The Framework Agreement Has A Initial Term Of Two (2) Years. After This Period Has Expired, The Contracting Authority Has The Option To Terminate The Framework Agreement Two (2) Times At The Same Price Conditions For A Period Of One (1) Year Each Time. The Expected Start Date Of The Framework Agreements Is April 1, 2024. It Is Not Possible To Indicate In Advance At What Time, Which Capacity And Which Specific Expertise Are Required And To What Extent Is. It Has Therefore Been Decided To Tender A Framework Agreement. No Way Of A Purchase Obligation For The Contracting Authority And There Is Also No Turnover Guarantee Given On The Basis Of The Estimate Of The Financial Size. At The Moment Capacity Is Required, Specific Quotation Requests Will Be Placed With The Parties With Whom A Framework Agreement Has Been Concluded. The Intended Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With The Tenderers Who Submitted The Most Economically Advantageous Tenders.
