The Object Of The Acquisition Is Domestic Newspapers And Magazines Digital Service That Includes Magazine Selection, Browsing View, Reading Program And Related Support Services For The Use Of The E-Library And Its Authorized Users As A Saas Service Implemented With The Visual Appearance Of An E-Library And For An E-Library Application Integrated. Remote Access Magazines Must Be Available To Library Customers Regardless Of Location, Around The Clock, And One Magazine Can Be Read At The Same Time Number Of Authorized Users Determined In Advance Per Order. As A Procurement Unit And Helsinki Acts As The Ordering Party Of This Contract Until The End Of The Procurement Procedure City. On January 1, 2024, Responsibility For The E-Library Service Will Be Transferred To The National Library And Here The Acquired Materials And Services Will Be Transferred To The National Library In Spring 2024. Acquisition The Object Is Described In More Detail In The Tender Request And Its Attachments, Especially The Appendix Description Of The Object Of Acquisition. Contract Period The Contract Period Is Two (2) Years. With The Procurement Unit Has The Right To Extend The Validity Of The Contract For A Maximum Of Two Option Periods Of A Maximum Of One Year. See Also Clauses 6 And 7 Of The Contract In Annex A Of The Request For Tenders. Scope Of The Procurement The Estimated Value Of The Acquisition Is 2,800,000 To 3,040,000 Euros (Vat 0%), Including Option Periods. The Number Is A Non-Binding Estimate. The Maximum Value Of The Purchase Is 3,040,000 Euros (Vat 0%).
