New Construction Of The Childcare Center + Outdoor Construction: - Ground Floor: Fully Finished - Childcare - Floor 1: Fully Finished With Outdoor Play Area On The Roof Terrace - Group Care For Toddlers - Floor 2: Technical Storage And Techniques Above The Roof - Fire Escape, Balustrade, Awning And Sun Blinds - Fixed Furniture The Renovation Is Limited To The Guest Room And Sanitary Facilities In The Existing Cultural Center Of Neeroeteren (Ground Floor): - Dismantling Current Sanitary Facilities, Conversion Into A Lodge - Shell - Conversion Existing Boxes To New Layout - Floor Finishing - Installing Interior Doors The Assignment Includes Various Components, In Particular The Architecture, Stability And Its Finish; The Electrical Installations And; Fluids. As An Overview For The Tenderer: - Architecture + Stability + Finish - Electrical Installations - Fluidsnote: The Remaining Outdoor Construction Is Included In A Separate Assignment With Another Engineering Firm/Other Contractor And That Good Coordination Is Therefore Necessary.
