Hiring External Job Coaches For The Municipalities Of Sittard-Geleen, Beek, Stein. The Use Of The (External) Job Coach(Es) Has 4 Objectives: 1. Guidance On The Way To Work: - Guidance Of The Candidate To Be Mediated Who Is On The Way To Work And Therefore Still Needs To Be Guided To A Workplace. 2. Guidance At The Workplace: - Guiding The Employee At His Workplace To Learn The Work So That He Can Ultimately Carry Out The Work Independently; 3. Consolidation Of Workplace: - Making The Employees Placement With A Regular Employer More Sustainable; 4. Guaranteeing Capacity: - Dealing With Peak Times And Illness Of The Job Coaches Employed By The Municipality. The Municipality Expects That Between 25 And 50 Candidates Per Year Will Be Eligible For Job Coaching. No Rights May Be Derived From These Numbers.
