Tenders are invited for Consulting Services The Human Rights and Democracy Media Center SHAMS is a non-governmental, non-profit civil society organization founded in 2004 that works to spread and enhance the culture of democracy and human rights in Palestinian society. The Center seeks to solicit quotations from consultants and specialized companies to work on implementing the consulting services listed below : First: Preparing a follow-up and evaluation guide that is sensitive to gender and childhood Second: Preparing a child protection guide Third: Prepare a risk management policy Individual and corporate applicants must meet the following conditions : · University degree in management, economics, management information system, social development, social sciences, development, performance management, strategic planning statistics, engineering or any other related field, Bachelors degree as a minimum . · Practical experience for a period of not less than 3-5 years in monitoring and evaluation, child protection, or risk management with civil or international institutions · Bidding is open to individuals and companies · Companies wishing to submit a bid must attach a copy of a valid source discount certificate when submitting a bid · The companies that win the bid must submit a zero invoice . Duration of service : one month from the date of signing the contract until 12/28/2023 Technical offer : The technical offer must include the following : CV of the consultant or company . A plan for the methodology used in preparing each guide and its contents . Financial offer : The price is in euros, including the added tax and all expenses .
