Tenders are invited for Attracting a Consultant in the Field of Strategic Planning The Human Rights and Democracy Media Center SHAMS is a non-governmental, non-profit civil society organization founded in 2004 that works to spread and enhance the culture of democracy and human rights in Palestinian society.
