The Project Aims To Enhance Their Management, Planning, And Market Access Capabilities, Fostering Economic Growth In The Region. The Applicants Are Required To Address All The Topics. 2- Training Topics Business Development Services. Financial Management Marketing And Sales Product Development And Innovation Food Packaging Access To Finance Operations And Supply Chain Management Inclusion Of People With Special Needs Legal And Compliance Leadership And Team Development 3- Outcomes The Following Outcomes Are What The Activity Aims To Achieve Within The Above-Mentioned Topics For The Required Training Sessions: 5 Sessions (2 Groups Per Session) For Msme. 3 Sessions (1 Group Per Session) For Coop. 2 Sessions (2 Groups Per Sessions) For Msme And Coop. The Training Topics Will Be Confirmed Following The Needs Assessment. Some Specific Topics Will Be Addressed Only For Smes, Others Only For Coops, And Two Sessions In Common For Both. 4- Deliverables Conduct A Total Of 17 Training Sessions On The Listed Topics Above. Assess Beneficiary Performance And Topic Understanding. Submit Timely Pre And Post Training Reports For Each Training Given. Submit Training And Activity Report 5- Qualifications University Degree In Business, Economics, Marketing, Or Related Fields. Minimum 5 Years Experience As A Trainer.
