The First And Entire Second Level, Plus Gable Ends, Exterior Cladding Is Face-Sealed Stucco. The Lower Section, Generally To Windowsill Level, Of The First-Floor Cladding Is Brick Veneer With Transitions To The Upper Section Of Stucco.The Main Scope Of Work Is A Building Envelope Remediation Consisting Of Cladding Replacement To A Rain Screen Stucco, Window Replacement On The 2Nd Level, Fascia Replacement, Flashing Replacement, Stucco Soffit Replacement.
