The Procurement will be conducted by International Call for Tenders (ICB) as defined in the standard tender file for the Acquisition of Goods financed by the Islamic Development Bank April 2019 Edition (the Guidelines) , prospective candidates are also invited to read clauses 1.18 to 1.21 of these Guidelines concerning the IDB rules relating to conflicts of interest and open to all bidders from countries eligible for Contracts financed by the IDB. 4.
