Expression of Interest are invited for Operate and Maintenance of Existing Sound System with Interpretation System Scope of Work: 1. Operation of Sound System: The successful bidder will be responsible for operating and maintaining the existing sound system that meets the specific requirements of our conference hall and function halls. This includes microphones, speakers, amplifiers, mixers, and other necessary audio equipment. 2. Maintenance and Support: The selected provider will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of the sound system. Prompt response times and efficient service delivery arc essential to ensure uninterrupted audio functionality during events. 3. Interpretation System: The bidder should also have the capability to integrate the existing interpretation system into the sound setup. This will enable seamless multilingual communication during conferences and other events where interpretation services are required.
