Registration of Interest (ROI) for Main Design and Construct Contractor for the Burnham Regional Supply Facility Open Date: Monday, 13 November 2023 9:00 AM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+13:00) Close Date: Wednesday, 20 December 2023 4:00 PM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+13:00) Tender Type: Registration of Interest (ROI) Tender Coverage: Sole Agency Regions: Canterbury Required Pre-qualifications: None Overview: NZDF is seeking registrations of interests from suitably qualified and experienced contractors, to design and then construct the regional supply facility (RSF) at Burnham Military Camp near Christchurch in accordance with project timelines, under NZs3916 The Burnham RSF is approximately 10,300m2 (excluding external canopies), and requires around 17,000m2 of asphalt and pavements. The project (CLP) is seeking an experienced contractor to design the facility, and then undertake construction of the facility This ROI is the first stage of a two stage selection process. Through this ROI process, NZDF is looking to short-list up to a maximum of 4 contractors to participate in a RFT process from around March 2024. The timelines for the project are specified in full in the ROI documentation NZDF will be holding an optional virtual briefing for this opportunity on Thursday 16th November at 1pm.
