Tenders are invited for Human-Centered Design Research on the lives of Garment Workers in Cambodia. Scope of Work: The selected agency will be responsible for: 1. Designing a human-centered research lean methodology (that prioritizes the voices and experiences of female garment workers at two factories). 2. Conducting in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, with female and male garment workers, as well as relevant stakeholders, such as factory managers and supervisors, and infirmary staff. 3. Analyzing the data collected and identifying key insights and challenges. 4. Providing actionable recommendations based on the findings to inform the design of interventions. 5. Submitting a research report including executive summary, research methodologies, findings and analysis, recommendations, and conclusions. 6. Delivering a power point presentation that highlights all key findings, insights, and recommendations. 7. Handing raw data, research notes etc. in word/excel formats. Timeline: The proposed timeline for this research project is expected to be from 22 November 27 December 2023. The agency should provide a detailed project plan, including key milestones and deliverable due dates. Budget: Interested agencies should submit a detailed budget proposal that outlines all expected costs related to the research, including fieldwork, data analysis, reporting, and any other relevant expenses.
