Tenders are invited for Term Contract for Operation and Maintenance of 7 Fountains for 24 Months Tender Type: Public Tender Tender Description: The contractor has to operate and maintain 7 fountains in capital municipality properties and as per TCO. The contractor has to do the following jobs as per specification listed in the tender documents 1 Testing of chemical content of fountain water. 2 Keep the fountain water under healthy and safety condition together deck area. 3 Inspection of pump room especially with filters ect. 4 Treat the fountain water in momentum on all respect. 5 Backwash and rinse the filters. 6 Check the maintenance equipment. 7 Report of any further action necessary as and when it arises. 8 Vacuum out fountain and leave in clean condition. 9 24 7 Hours on call service any break down to be rectify and operate. 10 Minimum 3 visits and 3 vacuums per week unless otherwise requested. 11 Provide technicians have ability to deal AND solve a mechanical, electrical and electronic devices with experience. 12 Minimum 4 years experience in maintenance and operation of fountains is requested.
