The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Existing Gas Boiler Room In The Building Of The Primary School In Hucisko As Part Of The Task: Entitled Modernization Of Gas Boiler Rooms In Municipal Facilities - Design And Build System.2. The Task Includes: Guidelines Regarding Design Documentation, • Prepare A Construction Design Together With All Necessary Opinions, Consents, Arrangements And Permits Along With A Building Permit/Notification Regarding The Expansion Of The Gas Installation, • Prepare As-Built Documentation. Guidelines For Demolition Works Guidelines For Dismantling And Demolition Works: • Disassembly And Demolition Works Should Be Performed To The Extent Necessary To Complete The Task (Disassembly Of The Existing Gas Boiler) • The Scope Of Dismantling Of Devices And Installations Should Be Consulted On An Ongoing Basis With The Ordering Party, Guidelines For Assembly Works:• Install At Least Two Gas Condensing Boilers Operating In A Cascade System With A Closed Combustion Chamber With The Following Parameters: - Minimum Rated Power Of The Boilers: Min. 130.0 Kw In Total, - Minimum Efficiency At A Water Temperature Of 70Oc - 97% - Heat Exchanger And Gas Burner Made Of Stainless Steel• Install An Automation System, I.E. Min. Control Unit, External Temperature Sensor, Temperature Sensors Inside The Building, Domestic Hot Water Sensor. • Connect The Boilers To The Existing Heating Circuits, • It Is Necessary To Provide For The Connection Of All Necessary Boiler Room Devices That Are Required By Law And Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Boiler Room, • An Air-Flue Gas Duct Should Be Constructed To Remove Exhaust Gases From The Boilers Operating In The Cascade System, • Install The Necessary Fittings, • If Possible, The Existing Supply/Exhaust Installation Should Be Used - The Compliance Of The Installation With Formal And Legal Requirements Should Be Checked And, If Necessary, Renovation And Repair Work Should Be Carried Out On The Installation Elements, • The Efficiency Of The Ventilation Ducts Should Be Checked And The Inspections Required By Regulations Should Be Carried Out, Tightness Tests Should Be Carried Out • Prepare The Instructions Service In Polish And Hand Over To The Ordering Party, • Performance Of Works Related To Tidying Up The Area And Securing The Area3. The Implementation Of The Order In Question Has No Impact On Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs.5. The Exact Scope And Other Information Necessary For The Valuation Of The Works Are Presented In The Functional And Utility Program.6. Equivalent Solutions: In Each Case Of Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. When Analyzing The Functional And Utility Program, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law Used In The Documentation Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent. All Criteria And Features Described In The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Set The Minimum Standards That The Offered Product Or Service Must Meet. Types Of Materials Specified In The Functional And Utility Program And Devices Are Given To Determine The Minimum Technical Standard. The Contractor Has The Right To Replace Them With Materials And Devices With At Least Equivalent Technical Parameters, Provided That The Assumed Technical Standards Are Achieved. The Contractor Proposing Equivalent Materials And Devices Is Responsible For Checking The Possibility Of Their Use In The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Under In Every Respect (Including, For Example: Properties, Dimensions, Weight, Method Of Transport And Assembly). A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solutions He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards. 7. Construction Materials Used To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Must Meet The Requirements Of Art. 10 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Transfer Waste Generated During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract To An Entity Authorized To Dispose Of Waste And To Provide The Ordering Party With A Document Confirming This Activity (Waste Transfer Card). 9. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Complete Set Of Documents For Reporting The Completion Of The Works (Reports, Construction Log, Approvals, Certificates And Declarations Of Conformity For The Built-In Materials).10. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program And Applicable Technical Conditions. At The Time Of Acceptance, The Facility Must Be Suitable For Use Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Construction Law.
