The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: 1) Modernization Of Corridors (1St And 2Nd Floors), Staircases (Between: Ground Floor And 1St Floor, 1St And 2Nd Floors And 2Nd Floor And Attic) And The Rooms Of The Municipal Office In Toszek On The 1St And 2Nd Floors Of The Office), Including: A) Dismantling The Existing Pvc Floors, B) Cutting Off Floor Tiles In The Corridors, C) Laying A New Floor Made Of Tiles, D) Construction Of Plinths, E) Construction Of New Steps And Risers For Stairs, F) Demolition Of Door Thresholds, G) Widening And Enlarging Door Openings, H) Bricking Up Some Door Openings, I) Lowering Door Openings, J) Painting Walls And Ceilings, K) Replacement Of Internal Doors With Frames, L) Replacement Of Wooden Handrails), Disassembly And Installation Of New Railings At The Level Of Staircase Landings, N) Replacement Of Window Sills In Staircases, O) Replacement Of The Electrical Installation, P) Modernization Of The Central Heating Installation Including The Replacement Of Radiators, 2) Replacement Of Gates And Renovation Of The Facade Of The Farm Building, Including: A) Replacement Of Wooden Gates, B) Replacement Of Windows, C) Renovation Of Window And Wall Grates, D) Renovation Of The Facade Of The Farm Building, E) Replacement Of The Flue Gas Duct Unit, F) Replacement Of The Surface Of The Inner Courtyard, G) Installation Of Area Lighting, H) Installation Of Automatic Gate Control, I) Implementation Of Electrical Installation In The Scope Of: Lighting, Gate Automation System; 3) Installation Of Evacuation Lighting, Fire Alarm And Smoke Removal (Does Not Apply To The Ground Floor And Basements - In This Respect, The Installations Have Been Completed), Including: A) Installation And Connection Of Emergency Lighting, B) Installation And Connection Of Smoke Detectors, C) Installation And Connection Of Manual Fire Alarms, D) Installation And Connection Of Voice And Acoustic Sirens, E) Installation And Connection Of Cabling.3. The Scope And Method Of Carrying Out The Works Is Described In The Technical Documentation Approved By Building Permit Decision No. 300/17 Of April 26, 2017 And Decision No. 1233/21 Of December 1, 2021, Conservation Permit No. K/1117/2021, Conservation Permit No. 311/2017 Of April 3, 2017, As Amended By Decision K/1168/2021 Of November 2, 2021, Conservation Permit No. K/1033/2023 Of September 11, 20234. The Contractor Undertakes To Implement The Subject Of The Contract In A Manner That Does Not Interfere With The Current Activities Of The Municipal Office In Toszek, And The Work Will Be Possible: 1) From Monday To Friday - From 7:00 A.M. To 9:00 P.M.; 2) On Saturdays From 7:00 A.M. :00 To 15.00 - Only After Notifying The Ordering Party About This Fact, At Least 3 (Three) Days Before The Planned Work On Saturday And Obtaining Consent From The Authorized Representative Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Order In Detail Using The Following Documents: • Description Of The Subject Of The Order Along With With Annexes (Annex No. 2 To The Swz), • Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Annex No. 3 To The Swz),
