The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Provision Of Catering Services Consisting In Preparing, Delivering And Serving Meals (Sets), Ensuring Cleanliness During The Meeting And Cleaning The Room From Garbage And Food Leftovers For Students Of The Primary School In Boruszowice. 1. Meals Will Be Delivered From Monday To Friday At Hours Agreed With The School Principal Or Authorizing Officer, No Later Than 1130, Excluding Winter Holidays, Christmas Breaks, Holidays And Other Agreed Days. 2. The Ordering Party Will Notify The Contractor About The Final Number Of Meals On The Day Of Implementation, No Later Than 900. In An Exceptional Situation Related To A Change In The Organization Of The School Working Day, Meals Will Be Delivered At Other Times - After Prior Arrangement With The Contractor. 3. The Number Of Meals Will Vary Depending On The Childrens Attendance.4. The Ordering Party Specifies The Volume Of The Subject Of The Order During The Duration Of The Contract (Expected Completion Date: From The Date Of Signing The Contract To December 31, 2024) To Be 7,480 Lunches (I.E. Approx. 187 Days For Approx. 40 Children Per Day). The Number Of Children And The Number Of Meals Are Estimated Numbers And As Such Cannot Constitute The Basis For The Contractor To Make Any Claims As To The Quantities Actually Ordered By The Ordering Party During The Implementation Of The Contract Regarding This Public Procurement.5. The Delivered Meals (Dinners) Are To Consist Of Two Courses: Soup And Main Course.6. Meals Will Be Delivered To The Following Address: Boruszowice, Ul. Szkolna 2, 42-690 Boruszowice - Children Aged 6 - 15. The Contractor, No Later Than 5 Business Days Before The Beginning Of Each Subsequent One-Month Meal Delivery Period, Will Establish And Submit Menu Proposals For The Next Month To The Ordering Party For Approval. The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately Correct The Menu Items That Are Questioned By The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Recommendations. The Menu Must Include The Weight Of Meals For Each Week.7. Meals Must Be Varied And Of High Quality, Both In Terms Of Nutritional Value And Weight; Hot, Fresh, Tasty And Aesthetic And Should Take Into Account The Polish Culinary Tradition. 8. When Planning Meals, The Recommended Energy Value And Product Standards For Children Aged 6 - 15 Should Be Taken Into Account, Provided That The Caloric Value Of A Meal For 1 Person Will Not Be Lower Than 1,000 Kcal. 9. Meals Cannot Be Prepared On The Basis Of Semi-Finished Products, Fast Food Or Frozen Ingredients. Moreover, The Proposed Sets Cannot Be Repeated In A Period Shorter Than 10 Days.10. The Energy Value Of A Daily Meal Should Be Adapted To The Nutritional Needs Of A Given Group Of People, Depending On Their Age, Gender And Physical Activity. According To Generally Accepted Recommendations, School Nutrition Should Provide Approximately 30% Of The Daily Energy Requirement In Accordance With Current Nutritional Standards.11. It Is The Contractors Responsibility To Store Food Samples From All Prepared And Delivered Meals. The Contractor Is Obliged To Store Meal Samples On His Premises. 12. The Contractor Also Bears The Costs Of Loading And Unloading All Meal Deliveries And The Costs Of Removing All Post-Consumer Waste From The School Premises.13. The Contractor Will Deliver Meals In Specialized Sterilized Thermos Flasks That Guarantee Maintaining The Appropriate Temperature And Quality Of The Transported Food, And In A Vehicle Adapted For This Purpose.14. The Contractor Declares That He Has Full Authorizations Needed To Provide The Service Issued By The State District Sanitary Inspector, Which He Attaches As Attachments To The Contract. 15. The Quality Of Meals And The Method Of Delivery Must Meet The Requirements Of The State Sanitary And Epidemiological Station. 16. If The School Principal Questions The Delivered Meals In Terms Of The Requirements Specified In Section 8, 9 And 10, The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately Deliver Meals Free From Defects, No Later Than Within 2 Hours. For The Delay In Delivering Meals Free From Defects, The Contractor Will Pay The Ordering Party A Contractual Penalty Of 1.5% Of The Gross Value Of The Disputed Meal.17. For The Delay In The Delivery Of Meals, The Contractor Will Pay The Ordering Party A Contractual Penalty In The Amount Of Pln 50.00 Gross - For Each Commenced Hour Of Delay In Relation To The Deadline Referred To In Section 2.
