Industrial Machinery - Linearverdampfersystem - Pr532974-2350-W. For An Evaporator System For The Deposition Of Perovskite And Contact Layers The Liverpool Project Is Intended To Enable Fraunhofer Ise To Create Scalable But Also Vapor Deposition Processes Based On Evaporator Systems For Perovskite Materials To Develop Contact Layers. For This Purpose, A Vapor Deposition System Should Be Set Up, Which Makes It Possible To Use Processes And Technologies For Deposition That Are As Close To Production As Possible Of Perovskites And Contact Layers. The Facility Is Intended To Produce Several M12 Wafers (210 X 210 Mm²) Can Be Coated Over The Entire Surface In One Process Step. This Allows On The One Hand, The Development Of Cell Technology Should Be Promoted, But Also Throughput For The Production Of Cells At Fraunhofer Ise Can Be Increased So That With The Cells Produced, Modules For Stability Characterization Were Also Built And Can Be Analyzed. In Order To Implement This Project We Need One Large Evaporator For The Deposition Of Perovskite Layers And Contact Layers. The Tool Is Intended To Be Used To Develop Novel Materials And Processes, As Well As As A Basic Technology For Sub-Processes For The Production Of Highly Efficient Solar Cells Industrial Size, In Moderate Quantities. The Potential Of Materials And Processes, As Well As Their Scalability With Regard To Industrial Application Will Be Demonstrated Can. This Means That A System With A Strong R&D Character Flexibility And Yet Industry-Relevant Equipment And Coating Area Is Needed. In Contrast To Usual Industrial Facilities, This Research Facility The Possibility Of Loading And Removing The Substrates Under An Inert Atmosphere Desired. The System Should Contain At Least 3 Materials From The Compounds Pbx2 And Csx (X=Iodine, Bromine, Chlorine) Can Evaporate From Separate Sources. In A Separate Chamber Should The Evaporation Of 2 Organic Contact Layers May Be Possible. The Facility Should Can Coat 40X M12 Wafers Per Day (8 Hours) In Continuous Operation. The Tool Will Be Part Of An R&D Laboratory Environment In Which Further Sub-Processes Be Evaluated For The Corresponding Solar Cell Production. The Efficient Integration Of The Tool Into The Overall Process Chain To Be Developed And The Specific Laboratory Environment Represents An Essential Evaluation Criterion.
