Tenders Are Invited For Consultancy Services To Support An Organisational Governance Review

In Keeping With Dfa Policy, The Reconciliation Fund Has In The Past Undertaken Audits And Reviews Of Selected Organisations In Receipt Of Grants Under The Fund. With This In Mind It Is Proposed To Engage A Service Provider Who Can Provide A Review Of The System Of Internal Governance For A Selected Grantee. The Objective Is To Engage The Services Of A Consultant(S) Who Will Carry Out A Review And Assess The Design And Effectiveness Of The Governance Systems And Their Alignment With The Grantee’S Interests And Values As Expressed In Its Strategic Plan, Including; The Board And Its Sub-Committees; The Tasking, Decision-Making And Operating Effectiveness Of Senior Management; The Interaction Between The Board And Management For The Delivery Of The Organisation’S Objectives And Programmes; And How Good Governance Principles Are Embedded Across The Organisation Including Appreciation And Management Of Risk.
