1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Renovation Of Part Of The Municipal Road No. 070603C In Dębowa Łąka.2. The Scope Of Works Includes Preliminary And Demolition Earthworks, Bituminous Surface, Surface Consolidation, Exits And Roadsides, Finishing Works.3. A Detailed Description And Method Of Execution Of The Order Are Included In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Permanent Traffic Organization Design And Bills Of Quantities Constituting Annexes No. 12 - No. 15 To The Swz And This Swz. Due To The Lump-Sum Nature Of The Order, The Bills Of Quantities Provided By The Ordering Party Are Not The Basis For The Valuation Of The Works, But Are Only Auxiliary Material. 4. Common Procurement Vocabulary Cpv: 45233140 – 2 - Road Works; 45233220 – 7 - Road Surface Works; 45233222 – 1 - Construction Works In The Field Of Laying Sidewalks And Asphalting; 45111300 – 1 - Demolition Works; 45111200 – 0 – Works Related To The Preparation Of Land For Construction And Earthworks; 45316213 - 1 – Installing Road Markings. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. 6. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers. 7. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 And 8 Of The Public Procurement Law. 8. Equivalent Solutions. If References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To The One Described. When Analyzing The Technical Documentation, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 Of The Act, The Design Documentation Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent. If Trademarks Are Used In The Swz Or Attachments, It Means That They Are Examples And Only Specify The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Use Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Similar Or Better Technical And Quality Parameters, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Technical Documentation. The Contractor Who Uses Equivalent Devices Or Materials Will Be Obliged To Demonstrate During The Execution Of The Order That The Devices And Materials Used By Him Will Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.1. The Order Is Not Divisible Into Parts. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts. Therefore, The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers Referred To In Art. 7 Points 15 Of The Public Procurement Law. Reasons For Not Dividing The Contract: Division Into Lots Would Be Pointless And Would Cause Excessive Technical Difficulties, And The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Different Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Performance Of The Contract. Failure To Divide The Order Into Parts Will Not Result In Limited Availability For Contractors. A Lump Sum Price Applies For The Execution Of This Order.
