1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Garage For Volunteer Fire Department Cars With Accompanying Infrastructure In The Town Of Samwod. The Designed Facility Will Be A Public Utility Building With The Function Of A Garage For Two Volunteer Fire Department Cars With Social Facilities For 10 Firefighters. This Investment Is Co-Financed From The Budget Of The Masovian Voivodeship As Part Of The Instrument Supporting Tasks Important For The Balanced Development Of The Masovian Voivodeship. The Scope Of Works Includes Comprehensive Execution Of All Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Task, Including Preparatory, Auxiliary And Accompanying Works, As Well As Obtaining A Permit To Use The Facility.1.1. The Task Includes: 1) Construction Of A Garage Building For Volunteer Fire Department Vehicles Equipped With: A) Cold Water Installation, B) Central Heating Installation, C) Sanitary Sewage System, D) Sanitary Sewage System For Technological Sewage, E) Ventilation System, F) Lighting Installation And Evacuation Lighting Installation, G) Power Installation And Plug Sockets, H) Equalization Installation, I) Lightning Protection Installation, J) Exhaust Gas Extraction Installation, 2) Construction Of A Maneuvering Area, Exit To The District Road And Accesses, 3) Construction Of A Fence, 4 ) Reconstruction Of The Power Grid, 5) Delivery And Installation Of Facility Equipment, 6) Implementation Of Permanent Traffic Organization, Including Design, 7) Height Regulation Of Underground Utilities (Well Manholes, Gates, Valves), 8) Preparatory And Cleaning Works, 9) Development As-Built Documentation Together With A Surveying Inventory,10) Ensuring Periodic Inspection Of The Completed Works During The Warranty Period,11) Obtaining A Final Decision On The Occupancy Permit.2. The Scope Of Works Specified In Section 1 Does Not Exhaust The Description Of The Scope Of Works To Be Performed And The Requirements Set.
