Tenders Are Invited For Rental Of Vehicles And Machines To Provide The Ordering Party With Winter Maintenance Services For District Roads In widwin County In The 2023/2024 Season
For The Needs Of The Road District In widwin Located At Podmiejska 18, Part No. 1 - Rental Of A Truck With A Load Capacity Of 7 Mg Up To 170 Hours. Work For Clearing Snow And Sprinkling Roads (Gritter And Light Plow Entrusted By The Ordering Party)A) For Each Vehicle Or Machine, The Ordering Party Provides An Additional Rental Period Of Up To 20 Hours For Technological Breaks (Plowing, Spreading, Minor Repairs Of Plows, Sand Spreaders, On-Duty Duty At The Ordering Partys Disposal, Etc.) That May Arise During The Term Of The Contract, Except For Point 2. The Rate For Technological Breaks Will Be 30% Of The Rate Offered By The Contractor. B) For Part No. 7, I.E. An Excavator Or Loader Or A Backhoe Loader, The Ordering Party Provides For An Additional Rental Period Of Up To 50 Hours For Technological Breaks (Stops Between Subsequent Loading Of The Sand And Salt Mixture). The Rate For Technological Breaks Will Be 30% Of The Rate Offered By The Contractor. C) The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Use Of Fewer Hours Than Required And Specified In Point Xvii Of This Specification Cannot Be The Reason For The Contractors Claims Against The Ordering Party. D) The Ordering Party Additionally Sets A Daily Rate For The Contractors Readiness In The Event Of Failure To Provide Winter Road Maintenance Services In The Amount Of Pln 130.00 Gross (In Words: One Hundred And Thirty Zlotys Gross). This Remuneration Will Be Paid At The End Of The Month, For Each Day Of Remaining At The Employers Disposal To Perform Winter Road Maintenance Work During The Contract Period. E) The Established Daily Standby Rate Will Not Be Charged If The Contractor Actually Performs Winter Road Maintenance Work On Call. F) Failure To Provide Equipment For Winter Action At The Request Of The Ordering Party (E.G. Due To A Failure Of The Contractors Equipment) Will Result In No Remuneration For Readiness Being Charged On A Given Day.
