Tenders are invited for Hiring of Godowns/Temporary Stores. Terms & Conditions: 1. Building should be approved from the respective development authorities. 2. All the Government Taxes will be applicable. 3. The owner must submit the building registry documents as a proof to show his ownership along with bid. 4. Building should not be involved in any kind of litigation. 5. The lease agreement can be extended with mutual understanding. 6. All the terms and conditions given above along with Tenders documents must be submitted at Regional Offices, latest by 11:30 A.M on Friday 24 th November, 2023 which shall be opened by the designated committee at 12:30 P.M the same day, in the presence of the landlord/reps, who wish to remain present.
