The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Maintenance And Updating Services Using The Electronic Management System Implemented At The Zielona G ra City Hall Edicta Documents. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Attachment No. I.2 To Swz. 2. The Ordering Party Informs That They May Appear In The Swz Together With The Annexes Indication Of Common Names, Trademarks, Manufacturers Names, Photos Included Elements Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Serve Only To Determine Visual Features, Technical And Qualitative. Product Names And Signs Used In The Swz Together With Attachments Trademarks, Patents Or Origin Should Be Treated As Examples - Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Products (Materials, Equipment). For An Equivalent Product A Product Is Considered To Have The Same Functional, Visual And Material Features And Technical As The Specific Product Indicated In The Swz But Is Marked With A Different Sign Trademark, Patent Or Origin. The Quality Of An Equivalent Product Cannot Be Inferior From That Described In The Subject Of The Order, May Not Lower The Standard In Any Way And Cannot Change The Principles And Technical Solutions Adopted In This Tor, And Thus Deprive The User Of Any Performance, Functionality Or Usefulness Described Or Resulting From The Swz. The Contractor Who Will Accept The Solutions For The Valuation Of The Offer (Products) Equivalent Is Obliged To Prove The Equivalence Of The Adopted Solutions, Including Equipment And Materials. To Confirm That The Offered Solution Is Equivalent Meets The Requirements Specified In The Swz, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit With The Offer Detailed Description/List Of The Offered Subject Of The Equivalent Contract, In Which For Each Solution It Will Specify Features Enabling Unambiguous Identification Of The Offered Solution Solutions And Confirmation Of Compliance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Note: Failure To Submit Such A Description/List Will Be Tantamount To Adopting The Solutions Indicated In The Swz And Annexes To The Swz. 3. Information Contained In This Tor And Its Annexes Regarding Parameters And Functions Are Minimal Data - The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Products With Extended Functions And Better Parameters, Provided That They Meet They Are The Minimum Requirements Specified In This Order. 4.
