Consultancy And Management Services Implementation Of Execution Contracts Completed Works Pursuant To H.G. No. 1/2018 Through The Supervisor, For The Achievement Of Investment Objectives At The Level Of Sector 3 Of The Municipality Of Bucharest. Object Of The Contract Consultancy And Management Services, Development Of Execution Contracts, Works Completed According To H.G. No. 1/2018 Through The Supervisor, For The Achievement Of The Investment Objectives At The Level Of Sector 3 Of The Municipality Of Bucharest Will Consist In The Provision Of High Quality Site Supervision And Management Services, Both During The Period Of Design And Execution Of The Works, As Well As During The Period Of Works Guarantee, In Order To Monitor The Correct Use Of Available Funds And To Ensure That The Contractor Designs And Executes The Works In Accordance With The Contractual Obligations, In Particular With Regard To The Duration, Quantity, Quality And Cost Of The Design And Works: Thermal Rehabilitation Works Of Buildings And Blocks Of Flats; Current Repair Works, Capital Repairs, Consolidation, Modernization Of Buildings (Eg: Schools, High Schools, Kindergartens, Nurseries, Administrative, Offices, Etc.); New Building Construction Works; Road Infrastructure Works: Streets, Alleys, Boulevards, Parking Lots, Trams, Etc. Building Infrastructure Works: Electrical, Thermal, Gas Networks, Apacanal, Telecommunications, Public Lighting, Etc. The Total Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is 48 Months. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Supplement* The Framework Agreement, The Supplement Being Possible Both In Terms Of Value And Quantity (The Basis For Determining/Calculating The Scope Of Services). The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right/Option To Supplement The Basis For Determining/Calculating The Extent Of Services And The Value Of Services Estimated At The Level Of The Award Documentation, With Up To A Maximum Of 50% Of The Basis For Determining/Calculating The Extent Of Services, Initially Estimated And Respectively The Estimated Value Initial. The Initially Offered Percentage For Each Type Of Service Will Be The One At Which Additional Services Can Be Purchased Based On The Revision Clause, This Being The One From The Financial Proposal (Adjusted As The Case May Be According To The Adjustment Formula), The Time Period In Which It Will Be Possible Use This Option By The Promising Purchaser: Throughout The Validity Period Of The Framework Agreement/Subsequent Contract, Without Exceeding The Corresponding Thresholds Provided By Art. 7 Para. 1 Law No. 98/2016 For The Type Of Procedure Carried Out. The Modification Provided By Art. 221 Para. (1), Lit. F) From Law No. 98/2016 Is Treated And Calculated Separately From The Amendment Based On Art. 221 Para. (1), Lit. A) From Law No. 98/2016. * The Supplement Was Not Taken Into Account In The Maximum Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement. In Accordance With Art. 160 Para. (1) From Law 98/2016, The Deadline Until Which Any Economic Operator Interested In Participating In The Public Procurement Procedure Has The Right To Request Clarifications Or Additional Information Regarding The Award Documentation Is 18 Days Before The Submission Deadline Of Offers. In Accordance With Art. 160 Para. (2) Of Law 98/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarification/Additional Information On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers.
