Throughout Recent Years, The Port Authority Of The Balearic Islands (Hereinafter Apb), In The Management Of The Powers And Functions Entrusted To It By Royal Legislative Decree 2/2011, Of September 5, By Which The Consolidated Text Of The Law On State Ports And The Merchant Navy (Arts. 25 And 26), Has Required The Planning, Project, Construction, Conservation And Exploitation Of The Ports Works And Services, In Order To Guarantee Compliance With Legal Regulations And Thus Allow Their Normal Use In Optimal Conditions Of Operation And Exploitation. Within The Surfaces Assigned To The Services Zone Of The Port Of Eivissa And La Savina, There Are Urbanized Areas, Buildings And Other Infrastructures That Require Maintenance. Of Trades Related To The Repair And Maintenance Of Buildings And Infrastructure. The Maintenance Work On The Maritime-Land Infrastructure Of The Ports Of Ibiza And La Savina Is Being Carried Out Through Contracting File E180200, Which Ends In The Month Of September. 2023, Therefore, With The Purpose Of Providing Continuity To Said Work, And Redefining The Scope Of The Facilities To Be Maintained, This New File Is Prepared.
