The Subject Of This Procurement Procedure Is The Negotiation Of A Framework Agreement, Which Establishes Contractual Terms For The Provision Of Is/It Implementation And Consulting Services Consisting Of: • Implementation, Development, Changes And Testing Of Information Systems, • Support And Development Of Existing And New Integrations Within Information Systems As Well As External Systems Operated By The Customer Or When Solving Is/It Architecture To Ensure Their Efficient Operation • Supporting The Operation Of Information Systems, • Implementation Of New Products, Including Appropriate Process Consultancy • Implementation Of Upgrading And Patching Of Relevant Products; These Are Implementation And Consulting Services In The Area Of ​​Trading And/Or Optimization Of Production And Business Assets Of The Čez Group, Including Systems For Downloading, Processing And Analyzing Market Data, Systems For Ensuring Trade Or Supporting Trade In Energy Commodities (Including Process Automation), Systems For Ensuring Communication With Internal And External Systems Of Various Energy Market Entities (Including Regulators And Supervisory Authorities), Systems For Optimizing The Use Of The Energy Production Portfolio And Systems For Optimizing Other Business Assets (Gas Storages, Virtual Power Plants And Similar), Including Systems For Supporting Risk Management And Reporting. The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With A Maximum Of Three Participants, With Whom The Contracting Authority Will Be Able To Conclude Based On The Procedure According To Article 26 Of The Tender Documentation. On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement, In The Manner Specified Therein, The Contracting Authority Will Always Order Performance In Time And To The Extent According To Its Current Needs.
