Health And Social Work Services - Operation Of An Emergency Shelter With Up To 3,000 Accommodation Spaces In Exhibition Hall 13 In Hanover-Laatzen With Accommodation, Care And Support For Ukrainian Displaced Persons And Asylum Seekers. The Contractor Should Act As A Service Provider For The State Reception Authority In Accordance With The Requirements And The Requirements Of The State Reception Authority To Prepare And Operate The Above-Mentioned Emergency Accommodation. The Operation Of The Emergency Accommodation Includes In Particular 1. Management 2. Occupancy Management/Accommodation/Info Point/Caretaker 3. Social Services 4. Medical Care With A Medical Station And With A Doctor Care (Analogous To Statutory Health Care, Taking Into Account The 4 And 6 Asylblg In Accordance With The Provisions And Specifications Of The Lab Ni) 5. Maintenance Cleaning/Object Washing 6. Language Mediator 7. Preparing The Hall And Assisting In Any Issues That May Arise Removals The Contractor Should Not Provide Any Catering Or Catering Services For The Safety Of The People Accommodated. These Are Not Part The Tender. Catering And Security Services Are Provided By External Service Providers On The Deutsche Messe Ag Premises. The Performance Is Within Of The Following Scales: Occupancy Price Assessment: A. Up To 1,000 People 35% B. 1,001 - 2,000 People 40% C. 2,001 - 3,000 People 15% E. Preparation (Per Hour) 10% Further Details On The Type And Scope Of The Advertised Services Can Be Found In The Service Description - Technical Part (Part B). The Increase In Occupancy By Relocating From Other Lab Ni Properties Up To 500 People Within A Week And Will Be Arranged In Consultation With The Operator Set. In Addition, Lab Ni Has The Right To Give One Weeks Notice To Announce The Crossing Of The Next Season. The Contractor Is In This In This Case, The Staff Is Obliged To Adapt Accordingly. There Is Also A Supply In The Event Of Temporary Overcrowding (Temporary Exceeding Of The Scale Limit By Max. 5% For Up To Two Weeks) And/Or In Special Cases. In These In This Case, There Is No Entitlement To Higher Remuneration Corresponding To The Higher Scale. A Claim To Higher Remuneration Only Exists After The Above-Mentioned Limit Has Been Exceeded.
