We are making changes to the way we evaluate tender responses with the aim of reducing emissions through our contracts. This change will ensure that what the DCC procures, and how we evaluate tenders, aligns with Dunedins Zero Carbon targets. To help you understand and support these changes, we have developed a guidance document for suppliers which is included with this Advance Notice. This Advance Notice is an invitation to a Market Briefing on the DCCs new Procurement Emissions Standards. It is an opportunity for us to inform you of the changes we are making to our procurement processes and provide an opportunity for you to ask questions. The Advance Notice includes date and time options for the Market Briefings. There are three timeslots to choose from.
