Tenders are invited for Consultant for External Coalition Midterm Project Evaluation The outcome of the evaluation will be to: Identify way to improve or shift project activities Facilitate changes in the project Prepare project reports for external stakeholders Present the impact and value of the project to member organizations, donors, stakeholders and public Compare among projects to plan for their future, and Make evidence-based organizational decisions To inform future proposals based on the findings of the project to date Timeframe Consultant Scope of works: Deliver mid-term Evaluation inception report outlining key methods and approaches to be used for data collection, data analysis, and so on. To conduct in-depth interviews with members/stakeholders to review the project based on the evaluation criteria. Draft a mid-term evaluation report for comments and inputs in English Provide clear recommendations and feedback for project improvement based on the activities planning, outcomes and other project documents. The number of recommendation statements in the report is less important than their alignment with the challenges highlighted by various stakeholders, including children, community members, member organizations, relevant government ministries, donors, and coalition team members. They should also adhere to the standards, policies, and strategies that the coalition is prioritizing. A feedback session presented by the consultant for Chab Dai staff to discuss findings (Conduct a presentation for Chab Dai relevant staff prior to finalization of report) Submit the final report (15 20 pages) findings in English to the Chab Dai Coalition, in hard (2 copies) and soft (1 copy) copies. In the report outlines, it is essential to encompass four key aspects.
