The Cecil Plains Drinking Water Supply Scheme Is A Residential Supply Scheme Providing Drinking Water To Approximately 422 Residents Through 164 Connections. The Cecil Plains Raw Water Supply Is Sourced From One Gab Hutton Sandstone Bore And Surface Water Sourced From A Condamine River Weir Located Close To The Treatment Facility. A Drinking Water Quality Risk Assessment Identified The Requirement To Install A Uv Disinfection Stage At The Plant.This Project Includes The Design, Construction And Installation Of New Electrical Switchboard And Uv Reactor Building At The Cecil Plains Wtp To Incorporate A New Duty/Standby (Free-Issued) Uv Reactor System. It Will Also Include Renewal Of The Power And Control Distribution Boards And Cables At The Plant, And Creation Of New Rtu Code And A Functional Description For The Entire Site.
