The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 15 New, Defect-Free E-Bikes As Part Of The Project Entitled K odzki Nbs (Nature Base Solution) Co-Financed By The Financial Mechanism Of The European Economic Area 2014-2020 Under The Environment, Energy And Climate Change Program, Program Area Climate Change, Mitigation Of Climate Change And Adaptation To Their Effects. . Detailed Requirements Are Specified In Annex No. 5 To The Swz, In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz). The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of The Said Evidence In The Proceedings: Catalog/Technical Cards (If Applicable) And Photos Of The Offered Assortment, In Accordance With Annex No. 5 To The Swz, Specification Technical. The Contractor Submits The Said Evidence Together With The Offer. If The Contractor Fails To Submit The Evidence Or The Evidence Submitted Is Incomplete, The Ordering Party Will Request Their Submission Or Completion Within The Prescribed Deadline, In Accordance With Art. 107 Of The Public Procurement Law The Ordering Party May Request Explanations From Contractors Regarding The Content Of The Evidence In Question. Moreover, These Means Of Evidence Do Not Need To Be Supplemented If, Despite Their Submission, The Offer Is Rejected Or There Are Grounds For Invalidating The Proceedings (Article 107(3) Of The Public Procurement Law).
