If The Repair Requires The Replacement Of Parts That Must Be Imported From Abroad, The Deadline For Removing The Failure Cannot Exceed 21 Days From The Date Of Reporting. Public Holidays In Poland Are Not Included In The Repair Period. If The Contractor Rejects The Complaint, The Ordering Party May Submit An Application For An Expert Opinion To Be Carried Out By An Independent Appraiser Regarding The Scope Of The Repair - If The Ordering Partys Complaint Turns Out To Be Justified, The Costs Associated With Conducting The Expert Opinion Are Borne By Contractor. The Contractor Is Liable To The Ordering Party For Any Physical Defects Revealed In The Subject Of Delivery. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality And Compliance Of The Subject Of The Order With The Technical And Quality Requirements.
