The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Called Ferry Crossing Service Along District Road No. 1408 O On The Odra River In Zdzieszowice. The Service Will Consist In: A) Carrying Out Ferry Transport, B) Maintaining The Operational Continuity Of The J zef Ferry, Registration Number K -03-039 And Ensuring The Appropriate Technical Condition Of The Ferry In Accordance With The Act Of December 21, 2000 On Inland Navigation (Journal Of Laws .U. Of 2022, Item 1097, As Amended) And The Implementing Regulations In Force In This Regard, C) Ensuring A Ferry Crossing Every Day From 05:00 To 23:00 In Accordance With The Ferry Operating Schedule Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Agreement .The Contractors Specific Obligations Also Include: A) Performing The Service With Due Diligence, B) Keeping An Up-To-Date Ship Logbook In Accordance With Art. 39B Of The Inland Navigation Act And The List Of Breaks In Ferry Operation Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Agreement. The Ship Logbook And List Of Interruptions In Ferry Sailing Constitute The Basis For Settlement, Preparation Of A Monthly Report And Possible Control Of Order Execution, C) Ensuring The Proper Technical Condition Of The Ferry And All Equipment Necessary For The Operation Of The Ferry Crossing, D) Keeping The Boards Clean And Legible Providing Information, Both During The Crossing And On The Approach To The Crossing, And Maintaining Navigation Signs Regarding The Ferry Crossing, E) Keeping The Appearance Of The Ferry Operating Crew Clean And Tidy, F) Equipping The Ferry Operating Crew With: - Reflective Vests With The Logo Or Name Of The Ferry Operating Company , - Telephone To Ensure 24/7 Permanent Telephone Communication, G) Protection Against Destruction And Theft Of The Ferry And All Equipment, H) Immediate Information To Persons Designated By The Ordering Party, In Accordance With 3 Section 3 Point 1, About Irregularities Occurring During The Ongoing Maintenance Of The Ferry Crossing, The Need To Perform Appropriate Repairs As Well As About Any Situations That May Pose A Threat To The Crossing And Unfavorable Weather Phenomena Affecting The Crossing, I) Compliance With The Regulations Governing The Rules Of Ferry Transport, J) Strict Compliance Ban On Pulling The Rope By Persons Using The Crossing, K) Ensuring The Conditions Required By The National Labor Inspectorate, Occupational Health And Safety Regulations For The Ferry Staff, L) Making Minor Repairs Related To The Current Maintenance Of The Ferry, M) Maintaining Order And Cleanliness On The Ferry And Its Surroundings, As Well As Clearing Snow And Combating Slipperiness On The Ferry And On Sections Of The Road From The Barriers To The Ferry Entrance During Winter, N) Providing Materials To Combat Slipperiness,O) Securing The Ferry At Night With Daily Mooring/Unmooring Signs,P) Maintaining Vertical Markings On Barriers,Q) Road Markings For The Duration Of Parking At High Water,R) Appropriate Protection Of The Ferry In The Cases Described In Point 7 And 8, Including Carrying Out The Necessary Work Related To Preventing The Water From Freezing Around The Ferry, S) Preparing And Submitting To The Ordering Party After The End Of Each Month A Report On The Operation Of The Ferry, In Accordance With The Template Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Agreement. T) Confirming To Interested Persons The Fact Of Using The Crossing Ferry With The Tourist Crossing Stamp. The Seal Will Be Provided To The Carrier By The Ordering Party. U) Having An Insurance Policy Confirming Insurance Against Business Activity In The Field Of Civil Liability Up To The Amount Of Pln 1,000,000.00. V) During The Ferry Crossing, There Must Be A Person On The Ferry Who Has A Sailing License Of An Inland Navigation Carrier.
