Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision By The Contractor Of Laundry And Dry Cleaning Services For Uniform Supplies To The 13Th Military Economic Division In Grudziądz In 2024, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Water Washing Without Finishing With Simultaneous Chemical-Thermal Disinfection ~ 7,000 Kg;2) Water Washing With Finishing With Simultaneous Chemical-Thermal Disinfection ~ 46,000 Kg, Including: - Water Washing With Starching, Ironing Or Ironing, Drying And Repair; - Water Washing With Ironing, Drying And Repair (Fitted Underwear And Other Underwear Requiring Ironing After Washing). The Collection And Return Of Items After The Services Have Been Performed (Including Loading And Unloading) Must Be Carried Out By The Contractor At His Expense And Risk To The Places Indicated By The Ordering Party To The Exchange Warehouses And The Uniform Warehouse Only In The Presence Of The Contractors Representative Authorized To Collect And Return The Items. . At The Stage Of Contract Implementation, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Use Technologies That Ensure An Aesthetic Finish That Does Not Damage Fabric Fibers, As Well As Perform Minor Tailoring Services, With The Cost Of These Services And The Necessary Materials Included In The Price Of Laundry Services; 2) Perform Laundry Services With The Utmost Care, In A Way That Guarantees Their High Quality;3) Have A Current Decision Of The State Sanitary Inspection Regarding The Permit To Transport Underwear And Clothing By The Contractors Means Of Transport Or A Certificate In The Subject As Above, For At Least Three Vehicles Specifying The Brand And Registration Number Of The Vehicles Performing The Transport4 ) Meet The Requirements For Washing Hospital Linen Contained In § 26 Points 1 And 3 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of March 26, 2019 On Detailed Requirements To Be Met By The Premises And Equipment Of An Entity Performing Medical Activities (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 402).5) Have A Certificate From An Independent Entity Certifying Compliance Of The Contractors Activities With Quality Standards, In Particular Iso 9001:2015 Management System Certificates In The Field Of Business Activities Covering The Subject Of The Order (I.E. Laundry Services), The Ordering Party Allows For Having A Document Equivalent To Confirming The Same Quality As The Document Above. 6) Have A Certificate Of An Independent Entity Certifying Compliance Of The Contractors Activities With Quality Standards, In Particular Iso 14001:2015 Environmental Protection Management System Certificates In The Scope Of Business Activity Covering The Subject Orders (I.E. Laundry Services); The Ordering Party Allows A Document Equivalent To The One Confirming The Same Quality As The Document Above.7) Have A Certificate From An Independent Entity Certifying Compliance Of The Contractors Activities With The Quality Standards Regarding The Implementation And Use Of The Rabc Risk Analysis And Biological Contamination Control System (System Compliant With The Requirements Of The Pn-En 14065/ 2016/07 In The Scope Of Business Activity Covering The Subject Of The Order, I.E. Laundry Services), The Ordering Party Allows Having An Equivalent Document Confirming The Same Quality As The Document Above. 8) Adapting Such A Technological Process To The Type Of Fabric That Will Not Weaken The Fiber, Leave Stains And Discolorations And Contribute To Premature Wear And Shrinkage Of Items Subjected To Laundry Treatment.5. Forecasted Quantities Of Uniform Supplies (Basic Scope) Covered By The Service In 2024: 1. Water Washing Without Finishing - 7000 Kg2. Water Wash With Finishing - 46000 Kg3. Chemical Cleaning With Chemical-Thermal Disinfection -4500 Kg4. Cleaning And Disinfection Of Shoes 2,500 Pairs The Given Quantities Are Forecasted Amounts Depending On The Actual Needs Of The Military Units For Which The Service Will Be Provided. The Service Of Washing/Cleaning/Disinfection Of Uniform Supplies Will Be Performed Successively Up To The Actual Needs During The Contract Period, Based On The Actual Needs Of Military Units.
