The Subject Of The Order Is To Perform All Activities Necessary For The Reliable Operation Of The Ostr wek Ii Ferry Crossing On Lake Gop o Between The Towns Of Z otowo And Ostr wek, Maintaining It In Continuous Navigation Capacity, Including The Vessel And Coastal Facilities. 2. Maintenance Of The Ostr wek Ii Ferry Crossing On Lake Gop o Between The Towns Of Z otowo And Ostr wek Consists In Particular In: A) Inter-Shore Transport Of People And Goods, B) Maintaining The Ferry And The Transport Boat As Well As The Ferry Deck In Proper Technical Condition, C) Maintaining Cleanliness On A Ferry And A Transport Boat, D) Securing The Crossing During Transport And During Strong Winds, Floe Flows And High Water Levels, E) Maintaining Navigation Signs In Good Condition, F) Carrying Out Minor Repairs And Maintenance. A Detailed Description Of The Scope Of The Contractors Obligations Related To The Implementation Of The Contract Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Contract. 3. During The Execution Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Comply With Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, Fire Protection Regulations On The Ferry And Navigation Regulations On Inland Waterways. 4. The Contractor Must Have Qualified Staff (Appropriate Navigation Licenses And Health Certificates) Necessary To Operate The Ferry Crossing.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Report In Writing To The Person Responsible For Coordinating This Order On The Ordering Partys Part About Each Suspension Of The Ferry And The Reason For It. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Person Responsible For Coordinating This Order On The Part Of The Ordering Party About Any Needs Related To The Proper Maintenance Of The Ferry Crossing (Equipment, Equipment, Markings, Etc.). 7. Mowing Of The Road Lane Will Take Place After Prior Notification By An Employee Of The Municipal Office In Kruszwica Within 3 Days. Mowing Date: From May 1, 2024 To October 2, 2024. 11. In The Event Of No Ferry Crossing Service Due To: - Risk To People And Property, - High Or Low Water Level Preventing Entry To The Ferry Crossing, - Upon Request Inspector Of Inland Navigation, - For The Duration Of The Renovation Of The Ostr wek Ii Ferry. The Contractor Will Introduce Substitute Transport On Lake Gop o Between The Towns Of Z otowo And Ostr wek. Depending On The Reasons, During The Interruption Of The Ferry Crossing, Substitute Transport Will Be Provided: 1) By A Transport Boat With Numbers Bg-04-17 Belonging To The Ordering Party. 2) By Bus. Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Contract And Its Changes Were Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To Swz.Ii. Requirements Of The Ordering Party In Connection With Art. 95. Of The Public Procurement Law: The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing All Activities Included In The So-Called Direct Costs Under An Employment Contract.
