Selection Of The Water Management Infrastructure Operator In Spz Triangle. The Subject Of The Concession For Services Awarded In This Concession Procedure Is The Selection Of A Water Management Infrastructure Operator For The Supply Of Drinking Water, Supply Of Service Water, Removal And Treatment Of Sewage Water, Removal And Treatment Of Industrial Water, Removal Of Rainwater In Spz Triangle, With Which An Operation Contract Will Be Concluded Of The Water Supply And Sewerage System Owned By The Contracting Authority (Hereinafter Referred To As The Concession Agreement) In The Sense Of 8 Paragraph 2 Of Act No. 274/2001 Coll., The Act On Water Supply And Sewerage For Public Use, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As The Zovak) . The Operator Will Ensure The Operation Of The Water Management Infrastructure In Accordance With 2 Paragraph 3 Zovak. The Contractors Consideration For The Services Provided Consists In Taking The Benefits Resulting From The Provision Of Services, Specifically In The Right Of The Selected Supplier As An Operator To Collect Water And Sewage From Customers Connected To The Operated Water Management Infrastructure. The Selected Supplier As The Operator Bears The Operational Risk Associated With The Selection Of Water And Sewage, The Price For The Supply Of Service Water, The Price For The Disposal Of Technological Water And The Removal Of Rainwater.
