This Mandate Aims To Provide Operational Support To Project Owners (Mo) Of The Vvbb Project For Steering And Coordination Tasks, Risk Management (Quality, Costs, Deadlines), Financial Reporting From The Various Project Owners And Development And Monitoring Of Federal Co-Financing Files. This Includes Support Logistical And Operational In The Organization Of Sessions, The Drafting Of Accounts Rendered, And Administrative/Procedural Monitoring Of Projects (Building Authorizations, Federal Procedures, Calls For Tenders, Etc.). To Do This, A Monitoring And Support Tool To The Decision Must Be Put In Place.
