Oslo Municipality, The Education Agency, C/O The Department For Educational Competence Development (Pku), Hereafter Called The Contracting Authority, Invites Tenderers To An Open Tender Contest For A Holiday Offer For Pupils In The Activity School. The Activity School Is An Offer For All Pupils In The 1St - 4Th Years And For Pupils With Special Needs In The 1St - 7Th Years. The Activity School Is Open For All Days Except Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holidays, Public Holidays, Christmas Eve And New Years Eve. The Activity School Is Closed Throughout July, But Is Open From 07:30 - 16:30 During All Of The School Holidays. The Activity School Is An Offer Outside Of The School S Ordinary Training And Shall Be An Alternative Learning Arena That Supports The Pupils Professional And Social Development. The Overall Objective For The Activity School Is To Provide All Pupils With A Qualitative And Equivalent Offer That Supports The School S Work With Skills And Subjects. The Framework Plan For The Activity School Was Introduced In 2009 And Revised In 2018. The Revised Framework Plan (Annex 3) Came Into Force 1 November 2018 And It Shall Form The Basis For The Content Of The Tender. Uda Needs Activities And Experiences For Pupils In The Activity School During School Holidays And Invites Tenderers To A Competition For The Procurement. The Aim Is That The Activity School In The School Holidays Shall Offer Pupils Good And Learning Supportive Activities And Experiences Both Outdoor And Indoor. The Activities Shall Be Offered In Cooperation With Local Actors In The Local Community, Art And Cultural Institutions, Sports Teams, Ngos, Or Others Who Can Offer Activities That Contribute To Professional, Social And Physical Development. The Services Shall Be Provided During The Schools Winter, Easter, Summer And Autumn Holidays From Week 8 In 2024 (If Possible). The Contracting Authority Has The Option To Extend The Contract For Up To A Further 1+1+1 Years On Unchanged Terms. See The Tender Documentation For Further Information.
