B) Stage Ii: Installation Of Lighting Cabinets With Equipment, Grounding, Installation Of Masts With Crossbars, Wiring Of The Masts, Installation Of Led Floodlights On The Crossbars Of The Masts, Installation Of The Lighting Controller, Preparation As-Built Documentation, Repair Of Surfaces And Terrain After Works And Transport Of Materials And Equipment. E) Performing Surveying Services; F) Obtaining, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, A Non-Final Occupancy Permit Or A Certificate Of No Grounds For Objection To The Notification Of The Authority Construction Supervision About The Completion Of Construction. Note: Construction Works Are Underway Within The Investment Related To The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Establishment Of A District Training Center In Tomaszów Lubelski. The Ordering Party Has A Declaration Signed By The Contractor About Allowing The Contractor Selected In The Current Procedure To Enter The Construction Site. There Is A Helicopter Landing Pad In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Planned Investment. Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Agreement And Its Scope, Including The Scope Of Design Work And Works, Are Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Also Referred To As: Ffu) - Annex No. 1 To The Swz, And The Template Contract - Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
