Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of a Heavy-Duty Cutting Machine (Guillotine) at the Mauritius Examinations Syndicate. 1. The Mauritius Examinations Syndicateis inviting bids from eligible and qualified potential bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius through the Government eProcurement System for the Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of a Heavy-Duty Cutting Machine (Guillotine) at the Mauritius Examinations Syndicate. 2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org Reference Number on the system: MES/IFB/2023/66 3. Bids Shall be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by Tuesday 12 December 2023 up to 13 00 hours (Local Time). 4. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Tuesday 12 December 2023 from 16 31 hours till Thursday 14 December 2023 up to 13 00 hours. 5. Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on Thursday 14 Decmber 2023 from 13 01 hours up to 16 30 hours in the Boardroom of Mauritius Examinations Syndicate, Reduit. 6.
