Project: Tender18885 - Design, Fabrication, And Installation Of Stainless-Steel Bat Gates At The Former Kirk And Rock Lake Mine Sites . To Design, Install, And Provide Sealed As-Builts For Stainless Steel Bat Gates At Two (2) Adits: One (1) Adit Is Located At The Former Kirk Mine And One (1) Adit Is Located At The Former Rock Lake Mine. Scope Of Work The Vendor Will Complete The Following Four Activities: • Objective 1 – Obtain Any Additional Measurements Or Information Required To Support The Design, Fabrication, And Installation Of The Two Stainless Steel Bat Gates. • Objective 2 – Complete And Submit Detailed Design Drawings For The Two Stainless Steel Bat Gates. • Objective 3 – Fabricate, Transport, Provide Engineering Services For, And Install The Two Stainless Steel Bat Gates. • Objective 4 – Issue Two Separate Progressive Rehabilitation Reports That Meet The Notice Requirements Of Section 7 Of Ontario Regulation 240/00: Mine Development And Closure Under Part Vii Of The Act Of The Mining Act, R.S.O. 1990, C. M.14 (The “Mining Act”) For Each Closure, Including Sealed As-Built Drawings. The Optional Site Visit Will Be Tentative Scheduled For Wednesday, November 15, 2023 At 11Am (Toronto Time). This Date Is Subject To Change And Bidders Will Be Notified In Advance. Please Email Merilla Clement At [email protected] To Register For The Optional Site Visit No Later Than Tuesday, November 12, 2023 At 10Am. Upon Receiving Your Registration, All Other Information Pertaining To The Site Visit Will Be Sent.
