1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Office And Stationery Materials.2. The Contractors Obligations Will Include Providing The Ordering Party With Its Own Transport And At Its Own Expense, Along With Bringing In, Office And Stationery Materials, Specified In Annex No. 3A To The Swz, To The Place (Room) Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Building Of The Pomeranian Voivodeship Marshals Office At Ul. Okopowa 21/ 27, Okopowa 19, Augusty skiego 2, Augusty skiego 1, R wna 19/21, Rze nicka 58 In Gda sk, Jaracza 18A In S upsk, In Quantities Determined According To The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party.3. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively, According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party, Based On Orders Issued Each Time, Specifying The Assortment And Quantity Of Ordered Materials.4. The Given Dimensions Of The Subject Of The Order Listed In The Price Form, Constituting Annex No. 3A To The Swz, Should Be Read With A Tolerance Of +/- 10% From The Dimensions Given For A Given Item. The Difference In The Above Limits May Not Result In Loss Of Functionality Of The Subject Of The Order.5. Transport And Packaging Costs Are Covered By The Contractor.6. The Delivered Materials Must Be Brand New And Free From Legal And Physical Defects.10. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Constituted As Annexes No. 1 To The Swz), In The Template Of The Material And Price Form (Constituted As Annex No. 3A To The Swz) And In The Draft Agreement (Constituted As Appendices To No. 2 Of The Swz). 17. Subcontracting: 1) The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor(S); In Connection With The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation To Personally Perform Key Tasks Of The Order, 2) The Ordering Party Requires That In The Event Of Entrusting Part Of The Order To Subcontractors, The Contractor Should Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide (If They Are Already Known) The Names Of These Subcontractors, Entrusting The Execution Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Does Not Release The Contractor From Responsibility For The Proper Performance Of The Order,3) The Contractor May Change Subcontractors During The Term Of The Agreement To The Extent Indicated In The Offer - Such A Change May Not Affect The Implementation Of The Agreement,4) If The Change Or Resignation From A Subcontractor Applies To The Entity Whose Resources The Contractor Relied On In Accordance With Art. 118 Section 1 Of The Ppl, In Order To Demonstrate Compliance With The Conditions For Participation In The Procedure, The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate To The Ordering Party That The Proposed Other Subcontractor Or The Contractor On Its Own Meets Them To An Extent No Less Than The Subcontractor Whose Resources It Referred To During The Contract Award Procedure, 5) In The Absence Of Payments To Subcontractors The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Withhold Payment To The Contractor Until He Settles His Financial Obligations.18. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For Reimbursement Of The Costs Of Participation In The Procedure. 19. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For Advance Payments For The Execution Of The Order.20. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers (The Order Has Not Been Divided Into Parts). Reasons For The Lack Of Division Into Parts: The Range Of Office And Paper Supplies Is Generally Available From Distributors. Every Micro, Small And Medium-Sized Entrepreneur Has The Opportunity To Submit An Offer. Therefore, The Order Does Not Require Division Into Lots.
