The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Trailer Adapted For Driving Lessons With The Following Minimum Parameters: - Load Capacity Of At Least 3.5 Tons - Loading Area Of At Least 6 M2 - Overall Dimensions: Length X Width X Height, - At Least 4M X 1.8M X 1.3 M - Platform Height From The Ground, - Up To 1.2 M - Rigid Or Sprung Suspension - Air Brakes, - Two-Circuit - Tipping - Three-Way - Trailer Weight, - Up To 3000 Kg Warranty Period: At Least 12 Months From The Date Of Purchase. The Trailer Must Be Adapted For Driving Lessons And Examinations, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 2022, Of 2017, Item 2338, Of 2018, Item 855 , Of 2019, Item 2560, Of 2020, Item 1886 And Of 2021, Item 1877, 2022, Item 122), Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure On The Scope And Method Of Conducting Technical Inspections Of Vehicles And Templates Of Documents Used For These Studies (Journal Of Laws Of 2015, Item 776, As Amended. We Accept A Registered Vehicle With An Entry In The Registration Certificate Or A Certificate Of A Positive Result Of A Technical Examination Of A Vehicle Adapted For Driving Lessons And Examinations. Additional Information: 1. The Equipment Being Delivered Should Be Undamaged, Free From Third Party Rights And Should Meet Safety Standards.2. The Contractor Will Deliver The Goods To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, Located On The Premises Of The W adys aw Stanis aw Reymont Agricultural Education Center School Complex In Radom.3. The Equipment Will Be Delivered At The Contractors Own Expense, Ensuring Its Integrity And Integrity4. Delivery Will Take Place On The Date Indicated By The Contractor In The Offer.5. The Ordering Party Allows Earlier Delivery Of The Goods With His Prior Consent, Provided That The Delivery Is Carried Out By The Contractor In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Tor And Resulting From The Offer.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Ordering Party About The Delivery Date Of The Goods No Later Than 1 Day Before The Delivery Date.7. The Ordering Party And The Contractor Will Indicate The Person(S) Authorized To Collect The Goods.8. If The Ordering Party Finds That The Contractor Has Delivered Equipment That Is Inconsistent With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Or That The Equipment Is Incomplete Or Has Traces Of External Damage, The Ordering Party Will Refuse To Accept It, Drawing Up A Report Containing The Reasons For The Refusal To Accept, And Will Then Call On The Contractor To Deliver The Equipment In Accordance With A Description Of The Delivery Item, Complete And Free From Defects, Setting A New Deadline For This Purpose, But No Longer Than 3 Days. The Acceptance Procedure Will Be Repeated In This Case.9. If It Is Objectively Impossible For The Contractor To Provide The Equipment Indicated In The Offer Due To Its Lack Of Availability On The Market, Which Will Be Confirmed By Its Manufacturer, The Contractor May Provide Equipment With Technical Parameters Not Worse And With A Price Not Higher Than That Resulting From The Offer. In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Obliged To Each Time Submit To The Ordering Party Appropriate Documents (Manufacturers Declaration On The Unavailability Of The Offered Equipment, Opinion On The Technical Parameters Of Replacement Equipment Not Worse Than Those Offered In The Offer). Replacing The Offered Equipment Requires The Ordering Partys Consent, Which The Ordering Party Will Grant Immediately When It Receives The Required Documents.
