Integrated Information Technology (It) Services: Infrastructure, Networks, User Support, Applications, Printing And Basic Services. The Object Of The Purchase Consists In Procuring The It Products And Services Necessary To Carry Out The Activity As Described In The Specification, Their Integration In The It Ecosystem Of The Contracting Entity And Ensuring Maintenance, Interventions To Modify Or Remedy Possible Errors Or Malfunctions That Occurred During The Performance Of The Contract. Integrated Information Technology (It) Services, Necessary To Ensure The Continuity Of The It Systems Of The Contracting Entity, Cover The Following Main Chapters: Applications And Assistance Services, Infrastructure And Hosting Services, Services For End Users, Networks And Communication, Management Of It Services. Clarifications Or Additional Information Regarding The Award Documentation Will Be Sent 18 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Participation Requests, And The Contracting Entitys Response To These Requests Will Be Sent On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline For Submitting Participation Requests , In Accordance With Art. 173 Of Law 99/2016. The Contracting Entity Will Allow A Second Clarification Period Before The Submission Of Offers In The Second Stage. Clarifications Will Be Sent 15 Days Before The Submission Of Offers And The Contracting Entity Will Respond On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers. Ec Will Only Respond To Clarification Requests Addressed By Economic Operators Until The Established Deadline.
