In Continuation Of The Broad Political Agreement On Compensation For Mink Breeders And Mink-Related Businesses Affected By Covid-19 (S, V, Rv, Sf And La) It Has Been Decided That Financial Stability Must Be Responsible For Handling The Assets That The State Takes Over From The Mink-Related Businesses. In The Cases Where Finansiel Stabilitet Takes Over Real Estate From Mink-Related Businesses, Can Finansiel Stabilitet Need Different Facility Management Services On Them Acquired Properties With A View To Keeping The Properties In Salable Condition. This Tender Relates To A Temporary Contract For Facility Management Services On The Immovable Properties, Which Finansiel Stabilitet Takes Over From The Mink Subsidiary Businesses Before 15 February 2024. It Is Expected That Finansiel Stabilitet Will Take Over 4-6 Properties In The Period, And That These Will Primarily Be Located In Central And Northern Jutland. Facility Management On The Acquired Immovable Properties May Include Internal And External Maintenance Of The Property, E.G. Cleaning, Winter Protection, Snow Removal/Salting, Window Polishing, Lawn Mowing, Hedge Trimming, Pruning Of Bushes And Trees That Can Keep The Property Marketable Condition. It May Also Include Recoding Or Replacing Alarm And Locking Systems On The Properties, Just As It May Include Supervision Or Security Services On The Properties. Finansiel Stabilitet Will Soon Publish A Framework Agreement On Facility Management Services, Which Will Apply From 15 February 2024.
