We are seeking your contribution to understand the market, and answer the following questions: Who is currently delivering similar mediation services to FDR services? Who may be interested in delivering mediation services, such as FDR? The information/Responses from this RFI will not be used to appoint, or shortlist for appointment, any person or organisation as a preferred provider, nor will it be used to confer any advantage or disadvantage on any party who makes a Response or any party who does not make a Response. The Ministry may seek further information about service offerings from suppliers who respond to the RFI. The information obtained will help us shape our requirements for a future open market tender, planned at this stage for late 2024 (this date is subject to change).
