This Transport Choices project includes a two-way, separated cycle path on the south side of Grenada Street as well as a new shared path through Arataki Park, a morning peak bus lane along a short section of Grenada Street and improved pedestrian crossing facilities. Included in the scope of works: Construction of 1.7km of physically separated cycleway on the existing Grenada St carriageway from Sandhurst to Monowai 500m of new Asphalt shared path through Arataki Park Raised safety platforms Minor stormwater, kerb realignment and pavement works for intersections and raised safety platforms Streetlighting Traffic services signs and linemarking.
