The selection of the Inventory Tagging solution will require the following activities to reach a conclusive decision: 1. Establish Project objectives. 2. Business Requirement Definition (BRD) by each Inventory Function. 3. Document the BRD 4. Establish the Business Process with Tagged Items for each Inventory Function 5. Document the Business Processes 6. Identify the different tagging media (Tag type and Tag Material) along with rough estimates on quantities. 7. Identify Tag label design requirements (Information to be printed on the tags) 8. Discuss and identify the different handheld devices appropriate to meet the Business Requirements along with estimated quantities for the devices. 9. Conduct market survey for available off-the-rack solutions for Inventory Tagging and mobile app capabilities. 10.
