As Well As Our Buyback Programme And Right To Buy / Acquire Properties. Duration - The Agreement Will Run For A Period Of Two Years, With An Option To Extend For Two Further 12-Month Periods, Subject To Satisfactory Performances And Annual Review.Mandatory Requirement - All Tenderers Must Provide Valid Rics Valuer Certification As Part Of Their Submission. Valuations Need To Comply With Homes England Capital Funding Guide And Government Legislation Requirements At The Relevant Time Of The Services Being Provided.Valuation Requests Will Mainly Be In The Wythenshawe Area And Surrounding Boroughs, But Delivery Capacity Will Be Required For Manchester, Trafford, Salford, Tameside, Cheshire East, Cheshire West, Warrington And Stockport.
