1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Streetbus Transport Service - Provided By The Homeless Help Department Of Mops In Krakow.2. As Part Of The Service, The Contractor Will Provide The Possibility Of Transporting Food, Thermoses With Drinks, Clothes, Blankets, Etc., And Then Enable Their Issuance By The Ordering Party During Stops In Designated Places, With The Possibility Of Warming Up Homeless People And Other Poor People Staying In Public Space During These Stops. , A Bus With No Less Than 50 Seats, Including A Minimum Of 20 Seats, Which Will Also Include Space For Distributing Food And Items.3. The Bus Service Will Be Operated Every Day, 7 Days A Week In The Period From December 1, 2023 To March 31, 2024, As A Route Including At Least 3 Stops With A Stop Lasting Approximately 30 Minutes At Each Of Them. Lema, Tauron Arena Kraków 03 Bus Stop, 4) 21.20 To 21.40 - Podgórze Ska Bus Station,5) 21.40 - 21.55 Return From The Last Stop To Ul. Książe Józefa 52.6) 21.55 - 22.00 - Unpacking Things In The Heating Room At Ul. Książe Józefa 52. 4. The Route Is To Be The Shortest Possible Route. 5. The Contractor Will Provide A Bus With A Driver.6. The Contractor Will Provide Qualified Drivers Who Have Appropriate Licenses To Drive Motor Vehicles And Meet The Requirements Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law And The Act Of September 6, 2001 On Road Transport.7. The Contractor Must Have A Certificate Of Approval Of The Vehicle And Driver For The Transport Of Persons And Have The Documents Required By Law, Including: Carriers License;8. The Contractor Must Have Insurance Required By Law.9. The Bus Will Be Technically Efficient - The Contractor Is Responsible For The Technical Efficiency Of The Vehicle.10. The Bus Should Have Efficient Heating And Lighting. During Stops, The Interior Of The Bus Should Be Fully Lit To Enable The Ordering Partys Employees To Work Safely And For People Receiving Assistance To Eat.11. The Contractor Will Submit An Application To The Ztp In Krakow To Establish The Rules For Using Transport Stops Located In The City Of Krakow. 12. Regarding The Preparation Of The Bus: 1) The Contractor Will Allocate A Space Inside The Bus Intended For Serving Drinks And Sandwiches - A Table Or Countertop On Which Catering Thermos Flasks Will Be Placed, A Basket With Sandwiches, With The Possibility Of Securing Them During The Journey, And 2 Baskets With Clothes And Other Items ( Height 57 Cm, Width 60 Cm, Length 60 Cm). Thermoses And Baskets Are Provided By The Ordering Party; 2) The Contractor Will Install A Waste Bin In The Bus With A Capacity Of Min. 60 Years Old; 3) The Contractor Will Install A Removable Tape Or Chain In The Bus, Separating The Part Of The Bus Containing Thermoses And Baskets From The Rest Of The Vehicle; 4) A Container For Hand Sanitizer Should Be Installed At The Door Of The Vehicle. The Disinfection Liquid Is Provided By The Ordering Party; 5) The Contractor Will Remove, Cover Or Tape Advertising Located On The Outside And Inside Of The Bus For The Duration Of The Service. The Bus Should Be Marked Streetbus For Homeless People. 6) The Bus Will Be Staffed By People Employed By The Ordering Party And Volunteers Who Will Be Responsible For: - Issuing Food Packages, Drinks, Clothing And Other Items That Will Be Provided By The Ordering Party; - Packing Waste Generated During Stops; - Ensuring Safety And Order In The Bus, And Its Surroundings During Stops At Designated Stops; Emptying The Vehicle Of Items And Garbage After Each Trip.13. Homeless People Will Only Be Able To Warm Up On The Bus During A Stop, As Well As Get Meals And Hot Drinks, And Collect Clothes And Other Things.14. Detailed Scope Of Service Provision: 1) All Costs Related To The Operation Of The Bus Will Remain The Responsibility Of The Contractor; 2) The Contractor Will Ensure Daily Cleaning And Disinfection Of The Bus After The End Of The Evening Run; 3) The Contractor Guarantees The Safety Of Persons And Property During The Provision Of The Transport Service; 4) The Ordering Party Does Not Take Liability For Accidents Resulting In Bodily Injury, Death Or Material Damage Caused By The Contractors Actions; 5) In The Event Of A Bus Failure During The Journey Or Other Events That Prevent The Continuation Of Transport With The Existing Vehicle, The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately Provide A Vehicle At His Own Expense Substitute.15. Order Completion Dates: From December 1, 2023 To March 31, 202416. Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Contract, The Template Of Which Is Annex No. 2 To The Specification Of Essential Terms Of The Order.
